Bright recently renovated apartment, able to accommodate up to 3 people. Located in a historic building in the lively and busy Via Foria, it enjoys at the same time tranquility, thanks to the internal facades, and offers comfortable spaces with two bedrooms and a large balcony. The apartment is located a short distance from both the Central Station and the historic Via Duomo, both within walking distance: it is perfect for easily exploring the beauties and attractions of Naples.

The 68 m2 accommodation is located on the fourth floor of a building equipped with an elevator which however stops on the third floor: ATTENTION, you need to climb the last flight of stairs to reach the entrance of the apartment.

The internal space is made up as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle and microwave
- Living area with dining table, sofa and 42" TV
- Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe, desk and split A/C
- Bedroom II with single bed, clothes hanger and split A/C
- Toilet with wc, bidet and bathtub with shower
- Balcony equipped with table and chairs x2.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Our bright and comfortable Solaria House apartment is located in via Foria, near the botanical garden, and is equipped with all comforts. It represents the ideal choice for those who want to immerse themselves in the city of Naples with flavors (the renowned restaurant "A Figlia d'o Marenar" is a few meters from the apartment). The historic center can be easily reached, as both the central station and Via Duomo are just a few blocks from the accommodation. The further convenience of the apartment's location gives the possibility of reaching the airport in a few minutes by taxi. The tranquility of the park offers those who stay a sheltered and peaceful oasis after a day touring the city, having all the essential services at hand: bars, groceries and pharmacies are in fact within 450 metres.

- From Naples Airport, it is possible to reach the accommodation with the Alibus shuttle service to the "Garibaldi" station, from which it is possible to take the L2 metro to the "Napoli Piazza Cavour" stop, a 10-minute walk from the property .

- From Naples Central Station, you can reach the apartment on foot in 10 minutes (600 metres).

- For those traveling by car, it is possible to park on the street for a fee (NOT guaranteed); or you can park for a fee at the Petagna car park, in Via Vincenzo Petagna 6, 200 meters from the accommodation.
