Cozy apartment of 68 sqm, can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the sixth floor of a building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people).
The property is located outside the Restricted Traffic Area, near the Parco della Tesoriera and its Villa, one of the most beautiful green areas of Turin, ideal for a walk in the open air. The area is full of all amenities such as restaurants, bars and supermarkets, and well connected by local public transport.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, single sofa bed and TV 32";
- KITCHEN with induction hob, dining table, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, kettle, combined microwave, toaster, manual juicer, kitchen utensils and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and TV 23";
- BATHROOM with bath/shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, air conditioning (a split at the entrance), drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Availability of a single folding bed for children max 6 years.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a step at the entrance of the building and a few steps before reaching the elevator.

The apartment is located in the green and quiet Parella district, an area well equipped with all the services and comforts needed for your stay. In few minutes on foot you can reach the Monte Grappa metro stop and the tram 13 and bus 65 stops.
In 7 minutes, you arrive at the park of the homonymous Villa in Sartirana called La Tesoriera, an eighteenth-century Turin Baroque villa located in the neighborhood. Inside the park it is possible to admire the largest tree in the city of Turin, a plane tree with a trunk circumference of 660 cm.

Turin is a city rich in history, in artistic and architectural beauties. There are numerous museums, churches and attractions to visit. Even just wandering around the city, and the historic center in particular, is pleasant: the arcades, the streets, the buildings and the large squares show a city with a royal mold.
