The inside is organised as follows:
- LIVING AREA: kitchenette (with induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, moka, kettle and kitchenware), Smart TV, dining table, chairs, sofa and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM I: double bed, wardrobe and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM II: two single beds, desk, wardrobe and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM: shower box, sink, bidet and toilet.
The apartment has TWO BALCONIES.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living area and in the two bedrooms), heating with heat pump, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack and clothes stand.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Syracuse Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to collect the keys and access the apartment.
Keys can be collected free of charge via on-site keybox.
In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10pm.

If you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
- From 15:00 to 21:00: EUR 15.00;
- From 21:00 to 23:00: EUR 25.00.

A member of our Team Siracusa will contact you a few days before your arrival to organize your check-in. They will meet you at the apartment to hand you the keys and they will be at your disposal for any information and further assistance before and during your stay. The apartment is located in the heart of the archaeological area of ​​Syracuse, with the wonderful Archaeological Park of Neapolis, which preserves treasures such as the Greek Theater, still intact, the Amphitheater, the Ear of Dionysus, the Temple of Gerone and the presumed Tomb of Archimedes, among the most important archaeological testimonies in Europe, and protected by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. A few steps from the apartment you can also admire one of the oldest places in Syracuse: the Catacombs of San Giovanni, an ancient Greek aqueduct that the Romans later turned into catacombs.
The Umberto I Hospital is only 700ms away from the property.
The wonderful island of Ortigia, with its seafront, is not far from the property. Walking through its streets, it is possible to admire centuries of history, stunning buildings, characteristic restaurants and cafes, as well as monuments such as Manice Castle, Fonte Aretusa, the ancient temple of Apollo and, absolutely not to be missed, Piazza del Duomo, one of the most spectacular in Sicily. In the summer season, you can swim off the rocks or near some small beaches and solariums on the waterfront.

- Fonte Aretusa
- Maniace Castle
- The bus and train station.

The main towns of Sicily can be reached by Interbus coaches from the central station (via Rubino), from where the shuttles to Catania-Fontanarossa airport also depart (approximately 1 hour journey).

- FROM CATANIA AIRPORT: it is possible to the apartment by taking the ALIBUS bus service that connects Catania airport to Catania Central Station, where you can take the regional train to Syracuse station, in about 20 minutes on foot from the property.
Alternatively, from the airport it is possible to reach the apartment by taking Interbus bus, up to Syracuse Station.
