The property is located in a central position (Traffic-Restricted Area), overlooking the village and is 13 minutes walk from the beautiful Terme Antica Querciolaia, immersed in the fascinating territory of the Crete Senesi and the Chianti hills.
The accommodation consists of living area, kitchen and bathroom.
The accommodation of about 40 sqm is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT lift. There are stairs (7 steps) and steps inside the apartment, please pay MORE attention.
The interior space is divided as follows:
- LIVING AREA with double sofa bed, "24 inch" TV, wardrobe, dining table with chairs, desk with chair,
- KITCHEN with gas hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer, moka coffee maker, electric kettle, various cooking utensils, wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO THE GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, independent heating, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack, clothes stand, fan.
ATTENTION: NO air conditioning.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Siena Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.
A surcharge of EUR 20.00 will be applied for check-in on site between 21:00 and 23:00, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
After 23:00, self check-in will be carried out ONLY. Further information will be provided after booking.
