Roomy and comfortable apartment ideal for 6 guests is located on the western outskirts of the city, about 2.6 km from the center and a few hundred meters from the sea, the beaches and the cycle path. The apartment consists of a large living/dining room with access to a large terrace overlooking the sea, kitchen, two double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a storage room/pantry and a small terrace. The 70s design furnishings make it very welcoming.
The space
The apartment of approximately 109 m2 is located on the first floor of a residential building. The building is equipped with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people), we also point out that the lift has access is from the street with approximately 8 steps (two up and 6 down)

The internal space is organized as follows:

-BEDROOM 1 with a queen bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM 2: equipped with a queen sofa bed and a wardrobe;
- LIVING ROOM with two single sofa beds, relaxation area, TV and dining area;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, moka and various kitchen utensils;
-BATHROOM 1 with shower, bidet and toilet;
- BATHROOM 2 equipped with shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;
- TERRACE with sea view furnished with table and chairs
- SERVICE TERRACE

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, portable fans, iron and ironing board, washing machine, clothesline, hairdryer, central heating

Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Sanremo, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 15 nights. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Imperia Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22th to March 23th.
