The internal space is organized as follows:

LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV, dining table, A/C split unit, and access to the balcony;
KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator, oven, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;
BEDROOM with double bed and access to the balcony;
BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, sink and WC;
BALCONY with outdoor dining table and sunshade.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: heating and air conditioning via A/C split unit (one in the living room), drying rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: The building does not have an elevator - the apartment is on the second floor.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Giardini Naxos Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 25 from 20:30 to 22:30;
EUR 35 from 22:30 to 00:00.
Late check-ins are not available after 00:00.

The apartment is located in Schisò, a hamlet of Giardini Naxos, a seaside resort full of points of interest, such as the Castle of Schisò, the archaeological excavations and the statue of Nike. Near the accommodation, it is possible to find all the main services, including bars, supermarkets, restaurants and parapharmacies.
Taormina is only a few km from the property. In the city, a visit to the Roman Theater (Odeon Theater) and the Ancient Theater (Greek Theater), as well as the Cathedral and the Castle, is a must. The beaches adjacent to Isola Bella, the boat ride to the spectacular Blue Grotto and the town of Giardini di Naxos itself are unmissable destinations during your stay.

Main points of interest:
- Beach: 1 minute on foot;
- Castle of Schisò and Archaeological Park of Capo Schisò: 2 minutes on foot;
- Statue of Nike: 8 minutes on foot;
- Taormina (13 km): 20 minutes by car.

- Naxos Market (grocery store): 1 minute on foot;
- Sabbie D'Oro Restaurant: 1 minute on foot;
- Italianicius Lounge Bar: 3 minutes on foot.

- The best way to visit the area is by car (it is possible to rent a car at Catania Fontanarossa Airport). Parking is not included; however you can park for a fee in the street (blue stripes - NOT guaranteed).

- From Catania-Fontanarossa airport, it is possible to reach Giardini Naxos thanks to the direct service provided by Etna Trasporti. The journey takes about 1h15 and tickets can be purchased online, at the ticket offices outside the airport or directly on the bus. Buses stop at Taormina/Giardini Naxos station, about3 km from the property.
