Cozy 75 sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 6 people, located on the first floor of a renovated building (NO lift). The accommodation is located in Caucana, the pearl of Sicily, an enchanting area with golden beaches and a rich historical heritage, 30 km from Ragusa. The beach is only 50 meters away, with private access from our apartment.
The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony.

The accommodation is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with 5 burners, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and kitchenware), dining table, double sofa bed and 42 inch smart TV with NETFLIX included;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY with table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room), ceiling fans (in the two bedrooms), independent heating, washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, hairdryer and drying rack.
Uncovered parking space included inside the property.

PLEASE NOTE: the balcony is located at the entrance and is shared with the apartment next door (each is equipped with its own table).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:

Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.
