Cozy 42 sqm house that can accommodate up to 2 people, located entirely on the ground floor with garden and sea view. The property is located in Scopello, famous for its stacks and the splendid sea, just 500 meters from the village.
The accommodation consists of a bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, a small bathroom and a garden with veranda, barbecue and parking space in the courtyard.

The house is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with dining table, sofa.
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, wine glasses and kitchenware.
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C.
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet.
- GARDEN with veranda with dining table and two deck chairs, barbecue.
- PARKING in the courtyard (uncovered).

OTHER SERVICES: A/C with heat pump, fan, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: The gate is 3 meters wide.

The house is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 22 till 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 30 between 22:00 and 24:00
EUR 40 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

As requested by the Municipality, upon arrival you will be asked to pay by cash the tourist tax of € 1,50 per person per night, for the first 6 nights only.

The accommodation is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, in the town of Scopello, a hamlet of the municipality of Castellammare del Golfo in the province of Trapani, famous throughout the world for its stacks. The village is only 500 m away, while the main coves are within a few km, as well as the Tonnara and the entrance to the Zingaro Nature Reserve (2.5 km). In winter, the village of Scopello doesn't feature many attractions.

In order to reach the property and visit the beauties of the area and the entire region in the best possible way, we recommend you to travel by car. It is possible to rent one at the airport.
It is possible to park in the courtyard.

In case of incorrect waste disposal, according to the rules that will be communicated during check-in, a penalty of 50 euros will be applied.

In case of loss of the keys, a penalty of 20 euros will be applied.
