Nice apartment on 2 floors located in the heart of Trastevere, in one of the main streets of the area, not far from the main points of interest such as Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna, Castel Sant'Angelo, San Pietro and the Pantheon. Trastevere is one of the most requested areas in recent times thanks to the centrality of its location, the amount of transport available and above all to enjoy the beauty and traditions of the Eternal City!

Comfortable multi-floor apartment of about 40 square meters, is located on the first floor of a characteristic period building, with no lift, located in the pulsating heart of Trastevere, one of the most fascinating places in the capital. The apartment is centrally located, so it is possible to visit the city and the best sites with a short walk.

NIGHT AREA: on the lower floor (lower ground floor) equipped with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe.
LIVING AREA: upstairs with a sofa, sitting area and dining area
KITCHEN CORNER: has a fridge, freezer, hob, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, moka, plates, glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
BATHROOM: equipped with shower cabin, bidet and hairdryer
SERVICES: air conditioning (2 splits - in the bedroom and in the living area), unlimited WiFi, TV, independent heating with heat pumps, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: the house is not suitable for children under 10 years and for disabled people due to the presence of internal stairs.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
We will be available for any question and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized.
We will be reachable by telephone or by e-mail in case of any problem.

At check-in we will need to record the details of each guest, as provided by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
