The property is located in a strategic position, just a 10-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Station and the Basilica of the same name and from the wonders of the historic center of Florence, including the majestic Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore.
The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob with 4 plates, small fridge, moka, kettle, dishwasher, microwave oven, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table, double sofa bed and flat-screen TV;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM with shower box (raised), sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room and bedroom), independent heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

The apartment is for an exclusive use of the Guests.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax (€5,50 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Florence Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to access the apartment.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 11:00 pm.

For check-in from 9.00 pm to 1.30 am, if you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, with payment of a supplement equal to:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01.30
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The accommodation is located in a strategic area, near the Santa Maria Novella station, the city's main public transport hub, and a short distance from all the main attractions of the historic center of Florence. The tramway stop is a few minutes on foot from the apartment.
