The flat is located a short distance from the center, reachable with a comfortable 10-minute walk, and from the Marina. It is also equipped with every comfort for a pleasant stay, including split AC, WIFI and a furnished terrace with sea view, where you can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. The 50 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a complex without elevator: it is therefore necessary to climb the stairs to access it.

The interior space is composed as follows:
- Kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka and traditional oven, dining table and split AC
- Bedroom with queen bed, TV and chest of drawers
- Second bedroom with two single bunk beds and wardrobe
- Toilet equipped with wc, bidet and shower box
- Sea view terrace furnished with table and chairs
- Balcony with outdoor shower.

Parking space assigned outside the complex is available.

Additional facilities available for the guests: Pocket WIFI 200GB/month, fan, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.
Our keyholder will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange the check-in time, deliver the keys of the apartment and show you the house, and will stay at your disposal for the whole duration of your stay in case of problems or questions. We will provide you with tips and suggestions that will make your stay even more interesting and enjoyable. For any question or unexpected events, we will be reachable by phone or email.

All identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival as provided by Italian law.

The village is located in an exclusive environmental context rich in beautiful views, dotted with caves, small coves and crystalline sea beds, ideal for excursions by boat or on foot. Do not miss a visit to the fascinating Grotta della Zinzulusa, inside which you can visit three different areas dotted with stalactites and stalagmites, and to the Blue Grotto, reachable only by boat.
