The property is located in the historic center of Florence (Traffic-Restricted Area), in the lively Sant'Ambrogio district, a few minutes on foot from the homonymous market and the wonderful Basilica of Santa Croce.
The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with 4 burners, fridge with freezer, moka, capsule coffee machine, oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table, double sofa bed and flat screen TV;
- BEDROOM with double bed, sofa, wardrobe and desk;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, bidet and toilet.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

In a few minutes on foot it is possible to reach the Basilica of Santa Croce, which houses Giotto's frescoes and the monumental tombs of Michelangelo and Galileo, and then continue towards the main points of interest of the city, allowing yourself to be enveloped by the charm and architecture of the historic center of Florence and its monuments.

- From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus (n. 23) from T2 Guidoni stop (15 minute on foot from the airport) to "Colonna Liceo Michelangiolo" stop, 5 minutes on foot from the airport .

- From the Santa Maria Novella station, it is possible to take bus n. 6 or 14 to “Colonna Liceo Michelangiolo” stop, a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Alternatively, from the station it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in about 20 minutes.

- If you are traveling by car, there may be several paid car parks near the property. The cheapest and closest alternative is the Sant'Ambrogio car park, in Piazza Annigoni 9, open 24 hours, a 7-minute walk from the accommodation. Please pay attention, since the property is located in a Restricted-Traffic Area (ZTL in Italian).
