The property is located in the historic center of Florence (Restricted Traffic Area), in the lively Sant'Ambrogio district, a few minutes on foot from the market of the same name, the Pergola Theater and the wonderful Basilica of Santa Croce.
The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The accommodation is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed and flat-screen TV;

- BEDROOM with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with sink, bidet, toilet and shower (one step to access).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

- From Santa Maria Novella station, it is possible to take bus n. 6 or 14 to "Colonna Liceo Michelangelo" stop, a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Alternatively, from the station, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in about 20 minutes.

- If you are traveling by car, there are several paid parking lots around the property. The cheapest and closest alternative is Sant'Ambrogio car park, in Piazza Annigoni 9, open 24 hours a day, a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. Please pay attention, since the property is located in the Restricted-Traffic Area.
