Cozy studio with loft of 70 square meters, able to accommodate up to 6 people, located on the third floor of a building without elevator in the heart of Sanremo. The property is equipped with every comfort and a plus is definitely the furnished terrace on the fifth floor, from which you can glimpse the sea. The location is great! We are in via Corradi, one of the most beautiful streets of the City of Flowers, with its small shops, cafes and restaurants.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE ( with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), dining table, high chair, sofa bed, Smart TV 50" and split A/C;
- BATHROOM I with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet;
- LOFT BEDROOM with double bed, two single beds, walk-in closet, chest of drawers, TV 42" and split A/C;
- BATHROOM II in the sleeping loft area with Jacuzzi, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- covered TERRACE with dining table and 2 deckchairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating with heat pumps, air conditioning (a split in the living area and a split in the sleeping area), fan, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Availability of a covered parking space in Corso degli Inglesi, about 300 meters from the property.

PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have an elevator and the apartment is on the third floor. In the entrance hall you can leave a stroller.
Via Corradi is exclusively pedestrian, it is not possible to reach the property by car.
To reach the loft there is a spiral staircase, please pay attention if traveling with children.
The terrace is located on the fifth floor. Here you will find a private and exclusive portion of the apartment with deck chairs and a table with chairs. The remaining part of the terrace is NOT usable.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Sanremo, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 15 nights. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The location is certainly what makes the property interesting. We are in Via Corradi about 200 m from the famous Sanremo Casino. Via Corradi is the most typical street of Sanremo, famous for its cafes in the square, its shops that connects the more famous via Matteotti to Piazza San Siro, known for its cathedral

Sanremo: city of flowers, casino and song festival. In the province of Imperia, Sanremo is the largest city on the Riviera dei Fiori and in this regard Villa Nobel and Villa Ormond offer gardens of a certain value, created with both typical plants and exotic and rare species. Also famous for its buildings of historical and architectural value, do not miss the Cathedral of San Siro, the oldest religious building in Sanremo, the Russian Church, one of the most famous symbols of the city and the Madonna della Costa Sanctuary, in Baroque style. . During your stay it is advisable to also visit the Sanremo Casino, to admire the structure and the gambling halls dating back to the Second World War. The emblem of the city is the Ariston Theater, the famous stage where the Italian song festival takes place every year, or simply, a cinema that hosts shows and ballets during the rest of the year.

We advice you not to leave the city without taking a stroll along the Imperatrice promenade, paved with marble and adorned with palm trees and the Statue of Spring by the sculptor Vincenzo Pasquali.

- From Genoa Airport, the best way to reach the apartment is by car/taxi (1 hour and 50 minutes - 140 Km).
Alternatively, it is possible to take the bus direction "Brignole FS" to the stop "Piazza Acquaverde in front of Stazione FS Principe", from which it is possible to take the train direction "Ventimiglia" to the stop "Sanremo", 15 minutes walk from the property.

- From Sanremo Station, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in about 15 minutes.

- If you are travelling by car, the area is pedestrian, it is not possible to get to the house. Availability of a covered parking space in Corso degli Inglesi, about 300 meters from the property; or it is possible to park for a fee at Real Park Sanremo, in Via Pietro Agosti 1, 9 minutes walk from the property.
It is advisable to move on foot or by bike, 5 minutes from the house there is a rental point where you can rent them.
