The space
The 55m2 apartment is located on the third floor of a building with a lift (not suitable for the disabled).

The internal space is organized as follows:

LIVING AREA with a relaxation corner, a dining area and a double sofa bed;
KITCHEN CORNER equipped with gas hob, fridge with freezer, traditional oven, electric kettle, moka coffee maker and various kitchen utensils;
BEDROOM with a double bed and wardrobe;
BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC.
BALCONY with table and chairs

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: TV, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Sanremo, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 15 nights. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Imperia Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22th to March 23th.
