Modern 40 sqm apartment for 2 people just 15 minutes walk from the San Siro Stadium. The accommodation is located on the fourth floor of a building with lift. Please note that there are steps to access the structure.
The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area, well connected to the city center and full of services, such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
The property consists of a bedroom, dining area with kitchenette, bathroom and balcony.

The internal space is organized as follows:

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
