Modern loft equipped with every type of comfort and able to accommodate up to 4 people, it is located in a quiet and peaceful area, well served by public transport and convenient for reaching the San Martino and Gaslini hospitals. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, WiFi, washing machine.
The space
The 46m2 accommodation is located on the ground floor of a building (we point out the presence of internal stairs) and is composed as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with hob, electric kettle, moka and kitchen utensils.
- Living area with double sofa bed.
- Sleeping area located on the characteristic mezzanine and equipped with a double bed.
- Toilet with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle.

Additional services available to guests: unlimited WiFi, independent heating, air conditioning (1 split), washer/dryer.

Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

Guest access
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C
