The property is located in the San Lorenzo area (summer night-time restricted traffic zone from 9.00pm to 3.00am), just over 15 minutes walk from Termini Station and the renowned La Sapienza University of Rome.

The apartment consists of a kitchen with dining area, a double bedroom and a bathroom.

The internal space is divided as follows:

LIVING AREA: kitchenette complete with four gas burners, moka, fridge with freezer, microwave and traditional oven, electric kettle, various utensils, wine glasses, table with four chairs and split AC.
Closet with washing machine.

BATHROOM (one step to access it): toilet, bidet, sink and shower, hairdryer.

BEDROOM: double bed (1.60x1.90 cm), two bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and portable fan.
Balcony accessible from the bedroom with table and two chairs.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

The apartment is located in San Lorenzo area, a university district full of services, clubs and bars. In about 15 minutes on foot, it is possible to reach La Sapienza University as well as Termini Station, the main hub of underground and surface public transportation, thanks to which it is possible to reach all the main points of interest in the Eternal City.

- From Roma Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to bus 520 to "Tuscolana/Cinecittà" stop (9 stops), where it is possible to take metro A to "Vittorio Emanuele" stop, a 13-minute walk from the property.

- From Roma Termini Station, it is possible to reach the apartment in about 15 minutes on foot.

- If you travel by car, the apartment is located within the summer night Traffic Restricted Area - ZTL (from 9pm to 3 am); paid street parking (blue lines) is available, but it is also possible to park for a fee at Garage Frank (4 minutes on foot).

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
