Roomy and bright apartment in the heart of Lecce, able to accommodate up to 6 people, with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The apartment is located in the historic center (ZTL) a stone's throw from Porta Napoli and all points of interest: the Duomo, Piazza S. Oronzo and the Carlo V Castle, among many, can be reached on foot in a few minutes . Recently renovated and furnished with design elements, it is the ideal solution for families and small groups of friends looking for relaxation and comfort.

The 77 sqm accommodation is located on the first floor of a period building NOT equipped with a lift: you need to climb the stairs to access it.

The internal space is composed as follows:
- Eat-in kitchen with dining table and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, mini fridge, moka, kettle and traditional oven
- Living room equipped with a double sofa bed, small fabric wardrobe, TV and split A/C
- Toilet with access from the living room (there is a step at the entrance) equipped with wc with hand shower and shower box
- Bedroom I with double bed, split A/C, small fabric wardrobe and internal bathroom (one step at the entrance) equipped with wc with hand shower and shower box
- Bedroom II with double bed, split A/C, chest of drawers and internal bathroom with wc, bidet and bathtub with shower box
- Small balcony equipped with table and chairs.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split heating, mosquito nets, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Attention: the apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The keys to the entrance door are located inside a safety deposit box that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

After 9:30 pm, check-in directly in the apartment is available with the following supplements:

- From 11:00 pm to 12:00 am - Euro 30.00
- From 12:00 am to 1:30 am - Euro 40.00

- From Brindisi Airport, the most convenient way to reach the apartment is by taxi (40 minutes, 47 km).

- From Lecce Station, you can reach the apartment in 20 minutes on foot (1.5 km).

- If you are traveling by car, the apartment is located within the restricted traffic zone. It is possible to park (for a fee, with free time slots) at the garage in Piazzetta dei Saraceni, open 24 hours, a 10-minute walk from the property.
