Comfortable and spacious apartment perfect for 3 people and equipped with every comfort, located a stone's throw from Piazza Statuto, from which Via Garibaldi, the famous pedestrian street in the center of Turin, starts. With a short walk it is also possible to reach the historic point known as the Quadrilatero Romano, full of bars, restaurants and clubs. The Principi d'Acaja underground is just a 5-minute walk away, while the Porta Susa station can be reached in 10 minutes
The space
The 70 m2 apartment is located on the second floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift.

The internal space is composed as follows:
- Kitchen equipped with 5 gas burners, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka coffee maker, traditional and microwave oven, juicer
- Bedroom 1 with French sofa bed, desk and chair
- Bedroom 2 equipped with a single bed and a French sofa bed
- Bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle
- 2 balconies

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, TV, independent heating with boiler, washer/dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Guest access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

The keys for this property are located in a safety box on-site., the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Torino Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th.
