Spacious apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, featuring a double bedroom, two bathrooms and two balconies. The accommodation is located in the Torrione district, an area in the immediate vicinity of the center and the seafront, and equipped with all essential services including a bar, pharmacy and post office. The Torrione Station is just an 8-minute walk away, while the port for ferries with connections to the Amalfi Coast, Capri and Ischia can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

The 95 mq apartment is located on the second floor of a building equipped with a lift and is composed as follows:
- Eat-in kitchen with dining table and equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, microwave, kettle, toaster and traditional oven
- Living room with sofa bed, chest of drawers and TV
- Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers
- Toilet I with wc, bidet and bathtub with shower screen
- Toilet II with wc, bidet and shower bpx
- Two balconies with access respectively from the kitchen and from the bedroom.

Additional services available for guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, two fans, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Salerno, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 5 nights. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Salerno Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00, a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00
EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,
EUR 30 from 22:00 and 00:00.
It is not possible to check-in after 00:00, not even for a fee.
All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

Early check-in (before 14 am) will be possible only if there aren't guests who check out the same day and can, therefore, be confirmed only a few days before arrival.

The apartment is located in Torrione, a semi-central district, just 5 from Torrione Station and 20 from Central Station, in an area full of all the comforts you need during your stay: shops, pharmacy, post office, restaurants and bars.
Reaching the center by public transport or by car, it is possible to admire the still intact medieval historic center, numerous churches, stroll along the seafront and in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the main commercial street of the city. Once in Piazza Alfano I it is possible to visit the Cathedral of Salerno and its crypt containing the remains of San Matteo, the most important place in the structure. Proceeding through one of the main shopping streets in Salerno, Via de' Mercanti, a suggestive and ancient road that crosses the whole old city, you can reach the Provincial Art Gallery of Salerno, located on the first floor of Palazzo Pinto, a 17th century noble residence that belonged to one of the most important families of Salerno.
The Villa Comunale of Salerno is the main "Garden" of the city, home to various events during the year such as the traditional "Mostra di Minerva" in the month of April and the renowned event "Luci d'Artista" in the Christmas period, during the which the Villa turns into an enchanted garden.
Among the main points of interest to visit during your stay in Salerno, absolutely not to be missed is the Arechi Castle which overlooks the Gulf of Salerno, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking landscape that goes from the tip of the Amalfi Coast to Agropoli.

- Salerno Cathedral: 15 minutes by public transport;
- Villa Comunale: 13 minutes by public transport or 30 minutes on foot;
- Monumental complex of Santa Sofia: 18 minutes by public transport;
- Castello Arechi: 15 minutes by car.

- From Naples airport: with the SITAsud line you can reach the apartment in about 1 hour and 30 minutes by getting off at the terminus and then taking bus line 027 to the "Lungomare Marconi" stop 500 meters from the accommodation.

- From Salerno Centrale station: on foot in about 17 minutes (1.3 km) or by regional train to Torrione station, 650 meters from the accommodation.

- By car: street parking is paid on blue lines or free on white lines (NOT guaranteed). Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at the Via Vai Garage a few meters from the accommodation (Via Padula 36).
