Bright apartment that comfortably accommodates up to 5 people, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and totally new both in terms of renovation and furnishings. The accommodation is located in the central district served by shops including pharmacy, post office and supermarket, a few steps from Corso Vittorio Emanuele and only 5 minutes on foot from the station. Near the flat there are also the judicial citadel and the motorway exit to reach the other unmissable places in the area.

The 90 mq apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with elevator (there are 6 steps to reach it) and is composed as follows:
- Eat-in kitchen with dining table and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka, toaster, traditional oven and blender
- Living room with sofa bed and TV
- Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers
- Bedroom II with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers
- Toilet I equipped with wc, bidet and shower box
- Toilet II with wc, bidet and shower box
- Two balconies.

Further facilities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Salerno, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 5 nights. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00, a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00
EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,
EUR 30 from 22:00 and 00:00.
It is not possible to check-in after midnight, not even for a fee. All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

Early check-in (before 14 am) will be possible only if there aren't guests who check out the same day and can, therefore, be confirmed only a few days before arrival.

The apartment is located in a central district, just 600 meters from the central station, in an area full of all the necessary amenities during your stay: shops, pharmacy, post office, restaurants and bars. Taking Corso Vittorio Emanuele (2 minutes on foot), you can reach the center, where you can admire the still intact medieval old town. Proceeding through one of the main shopping streets of Salerno, Via de' Mercanti, an evocative and ancient road that crosses the entire old city, you can reach the Provincial Art Gallery of Salerno, located on the first floor of Palazzo Pinto, a seventeenth-century noble residence that belonged to one of the most important families of Salerno.
The Villa Comunale of Salerno is the main "Garden" of the city, home to various events throughout the year such as the traditional "Mostra di Minerva" in April and the renowned "Luci d'Artista" event during the Christmas period, during the which the Villa turns into an enchanted garden.
Among the main points of interest to visit during your stay in Salerno, it is worth mentioning Arechi Castle, overlooking the Gulf of Salerno, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking landscape that goes from the tip of the Amalfi Coast to Agropoli.

- From Salerno station: it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in 5 minutes.

- By car: street parking is paid on blue lines or free on white lines (NOT guaranteed). Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at the Metropark Parking Salerno, in Via Santi Martiri Salernitani 68, 50 meters from the apartment.
