The apartment is located in the historic pedestrian area of Cagliari, near the Marina and the port of Cagliari, while the historic centre is about 1 km away.
The studio consists of a single room with living room, kitchenette, sleeping area and bathroom.

The interior space is organised as follows
- LIVING AREA with KITCHEN CORNER (induction hob, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave oven, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils), counter with two stools, inverter A/C, portable dehumidifier, French sofa bed, TV.
- NIGHT ZONE with double bed, mirror, wardrobe.
- BATHROOM with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AT GUESTS' DISPOSAL: UNLIMITED WIFI, air conditioning/heating with inverter air conditioner, dehumidifier, upright iron, clothes rack and hairdryer.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal (pay EUR 1.50 per person for the first 5 nights). Children up to 12 years old and elderly up to the age of 70 are exempt from the tourist tax.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Cagliari Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

The accommodation is located in via Cavour, in the historic centre of Cagliari, one of the most characteristic and charming areas of the city. It is quite lively and well-connected, surrounded by numerous shops, restaurants and cafés, which make the neighbourhood a reference point for those visiting Cagliari. The area is also one of the oldest in the city, with a fascinating mixture of traditional and modern architecture.
Places of interest in the surroundings:
- Bastion of Saint Remy: 8 minutes on foot;
- St Mary's Cathedral: 15 minutes' walk;
- Tower of the Elephant and Tower of San Pancrazio: 10 minutes' walk;
- Piazza Palazzo: 10 minutes' walk.

The area is well served by public transport, but many places of interest are only a few minutes' walk from Via Cavour. In addition, the presence of public lifts (such as the lift from the Marina district to Castello) makes access to the neighbourhood easier, especially for those who do not want to face steep ascents.

If you want to reach the flat by car, you can park near the flat (which is in the ZTL), in one of the car parks near the port or on the side street. Both are approx. 150 200 away from the apartment.

To get to Cagliari-Elmas airport, go to Piazza Matteotti (about a 10-minute walk), from there take bus line 160 in the direction of Cagliari-Elmas airport (the journey takes about 15-20 minutes).

Cagliari railway station is only 600 m away, about 10 minutes on foot.
