Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Pula, tourist pearl of south-west Sardinia, rich in natural, archaeological and cultural treasures.
Interesting are the archaeological site of Nora, one of the most important and known in the region; and the Nora Lagoon, habitat of rare birds.
A 7-minute drive away is Spiaggia de Su Guventeddu, popular with kite and wind surfers; and 8 minutes the Nora Beach.
To the west is the long coastline of Santa Margherita di Pula, composed of a series of white sandy coves, such as Cala Marina, Cala Bernardini, Cala d'Ostia, Cala Verde.
