Cosy villa, developed on one floor, for 4 people with shared garden and PRIVATE PARKING.
The property is located in a quiet area, surrounded by green, in Arcugnano, on the hills around the city of Vicenza, offering evocative views and a peaceful setting that combines nature, history and local traditions.
The unit consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a patio and a shared garden.
The interior space is organised as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, various cooking utensils, wine glasses) with double sofa bed, TV, table with chairs, split A/C;
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, split A/C;
- BEDROOM 2 with single bed, bedside table, desk, split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, 2 sinks, bidet and WC;
- PATIO (access from the living room) with table and chairs;
- GARDEN (shared space).

FURTHER SERVICES AT GUESTS' DISPOSAL: unlimited wifi, autonomous underfloor heating, air conditioning (split in the living room and in the two bedrooms), washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer, private parking (for small cars and SUVs).

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, it is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions on how to recover the keys and access the apartment.

The keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site smartlock. The combination will be provided by message a few days before check-in.
In case of problems, assistance will be guaranteed until 23.

If, on the other hand, you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, free of charge from 15.00 to 19.00.
After 19.00 it is guaranteed with the payment of a supplement equal to:
EUR 30 from 19:00 to 22:00
EUR 50 between 22.00 and 23.00
It is not possible to check in after 23:00, even for a fee.

Check-out: before 11:00.
Based on the availability of the apartment, which can be confirmed close to arrival, it is possible:
early check in 30 euros
late check out 50 euros

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

FROM VENICE MARCO POLO AIRPORT: take the train to Vicenza, arrive at Vicenza Bus Station (4 minutes on foot) and take the E06 bus to the “Arcugnano” stop, which is 3 minutes on foot from the property.

FROM VICENZA STATION: take the E06 bus to the ‘Arcugnano’ stop which is 3 minute on foot from the property.
