The accommodation is located in Vorno, a town immersed in a typically Tuscan landscape, in an isolated and silent area surrounded by villas, just 7.4 km from Lucca.
The house consists of a living room, kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace, patio, garden and swimming pool.

The independent villa of approximately 150 sqm is organized on two levels, connected by an internal staircase (be more careful if you are traveling with children).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment is located in Vorno (7.4 km from Lucca), a small medieval village in the municipality of Capannori. The village has a long history dating back to medieval times, represented by the presence of numerous historic villas such as Villa Grabau and Villa Michaela, and ancient churches such as the Church of San Pietro Apostolo, which testify to the importance of the hamlet in the past.
Known as the "land of the camellia" thanks to the cultivation of this flower of Asian origin, the municipal area of ​​Capannori includes around forty smaller localities, including small medieval villages and almost 150 noble villas (from the 15th to the 19th century) scattered among the hills dotted with vineyards and olive groves.

Among the main attractions of Capannori, we highlight:
- Villa Torrigiani (19 km, 29 minutes by car), built in the 16th century, and whose garden won the recognition of "Italy's most beautiful park" in 2018;
- Pieve di Compito (9 km, 14 minutes by car), known as "the village of camellias";
- the "Quercia delle Streghe" (20 km, 31 minutes by car), an imposing tree around which, according to legend, the witches of the area danced, also known as "Pinocchio's Oak", as it is believed to have inspired Collodi for the hanging scene of Pinocchio.
