Lovely studio apartment perfect for 2 people and equipped with all the mains for a pleasant stay. The accommodation is conveniently located, a 10-minute walk from the historic center, in an area equipped with every essential service for a comfortable stay, such as supermarkets, restaurants and shops. It is located just a 2-minute walk from the University of Bari and 600 meters from the central station. Quintino Sella station, with connection to the airport, is 500 meters away.

The accommodation of approximately 20 m2 is located on the first floor of a building without a lift: please note that you need to climb a flight of 14 steps to access it.

The internal space is composed as follows:
- Small kitchenette equipped with two electric hobs, mini fridge, moka, electric kettle, toaster and electric oven
- Living area with dining table and 32" TV
- Sleeping area with double bed and open standing wardrobe
- Toilet divided into two areas: one equipped with wc, the other equipped with sink, bidet and shower

N.B.: the keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI Iliad Fibra, split heating/air conditioning, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Bari is a city that over the years has made the historic center a place of urban aggregation for young people and adults alike, thanks to the presence of trendy and sophisticated clubs as well as many attractions for tourists who love culture. There are many events and manifestations such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and, especially, the Levante Fair, an international exhibition, which takes place in September. The Fair aims at encouraging exchanges between the East and the West, of which Bari is traditionally the most important meeting point.
The apartment is located in an excellent position: in 10 minutes on foot you can easily reach the historic center, an ideal starting point for exploring the city and all the points of interest, such as the renowned raw fish market. All the services needed for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies are in fact within 150 meters.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to the "Quintino Sella" station, 500m from the flat.

- FROM BARI CENTRALE STATION: it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in 7 minutes.

- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: the apartment is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines. It is possible to park for a fee at the Gestipark Battisti car park, in Via Scipione Crisanzio 1 / B, a 3-minute walk from the flat.
