The house is located a stone's throw from the beautiful Villa Borghese, Piazza del Popolo and the fabulous Spanish Steps.

LIVING AREA: kitchen with induction hob, fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery, American coffee machine and moka. Dining area, TV and sofa.

Upper floor, with mezzanine:
NIGHT AREA: double bed, wardrobe.
BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, central heating, shared A/C (turns on at noon and turns off at 00:00).

LAUNDRY ROOM SHARED WITH THE OTHER CONDOMINIUMS.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.
Other things to note
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

If you're travelling by car, in the area there is the parking chance on the street for a fee (blue stripes). Alternatively you can park at the Tredicine Garage, 3-minute walk away from the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
