Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica!

Cosy flat for 2 people located in a very convenient area connected to Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica (a 20 minutes walk or 10 minutes by public transport). The subway station, a 14 minutes walk, allows you to easily get around Rome.
The flat consists of a bedroom, a kitchen with living area, a bathroom, and is equipped with all the main amenities you need to enjoy a pleasant stay in the Eternal City!

The 47 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, and you have to climb some steps to reach the flat.

The space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN with dining area (peninsula with stools), induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle and kitchenware;
- LIVING AREA with sofa;
- BEDROOM with double bed, clothes rack and TV;
- BATHROOM with toilet, bidet and shower box;

Additional facilities available for guests: pocket wifi 100 gig per month, washing machine, shared heating system, split AC in the kichen and in the bedroom, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

The whole flat is at our guests' complete disposal!

The strategic point, with excellent connections, the proximity of shops and supermarkets and at the same time it's a quiet district, all this makes the apartment the ideal solution to enjoy an unforgettable stay in the wonderful city of Rome.
A few steps from the house you will find the bus stops: line 49 which in a few minutes will take you to the Vatican Museums (reachable on foot), San Pietro, Castel Sant'Angelo and the Prati district full of bars, restaurants, and very elegant shops; the line 46 which leads in a few minutes to San Pietro (reachable on foot), Piazza Navona, Campo de 'Fiori, the Pantheon, the entire historic center of the eternal city, up to Piazza Venezia. From here you can walk to Via del Corso, Piazza di Spagna, with the boutiques of the most prestigious fashion brands and Via dei Fori Imperiali with the Colosseum, the Circus Maximus and the Baths of Caracalla. So the best of the Rome is easily accessible!

Connected to Termini station by bus 31 / 33 / 247 or by metro line A to the Valle Aurelia stop, a 10 minutes walk from the flat.
Piazza Venezia and the Colosseum can be reached by bus 46, the stop is a 3 minutes walk from the accomodation.

-From the airport you can arrive by bus or train to Termini station and then take the bus, lines 40 and 46, or the metro, line A, to the Valle Aurelia stop which is 10 minutes on foot.
The accommodation is just a few meters from the A subway (Valle Aurelia stop) and the train station (F3 Roma-Viterbo).

If you're travelling by car, there's the possibility to find free parking in the street (not guaranteed) or use one of the paid parking lots nearby (all of them a 10 minutes walk from the flat):
- Pieralice garage, Via Giacinto De Vecchi Pieralice 12, the rate is 2 euros per hour / 15 euros per day
- Aurelia Parking, Via Carlo Pascal 34, the fare is 3.5 euros per hour / 18 euros per day
- Central Garage, Via Giacomo Giri 32, the rate is 3 euros per hour / 15 euros per day

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
