Trevi Fountain Elegant and Exclusive Apartment

Elegant and exclusive apartment of about 90 square meters able to accommodate 4 people, located on the 2nd floor of a renovated building with elevator (not suitable for disabled people). The property is located in the heart of the historic center of Rome (ZTL, pay attention), 50 meters from Trevi Fountain and a short walk from the main attractions of the city. The apartment consists of living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

The interior space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, additional sofa, smart TV, dining table and split A/C;
- KITCHEN (not habitable) with gas hob (2 burners), fridge with freezer, moka, kettle, combined microwave, wine glasses and various cooking utensils;
- BEDROOM with double bed (1.60 x 1.90m), desk, wardrobe and split A/C
- BATHROOM (a step to access it) with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS:unlimited wifi, independent heating, washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, clothes dryer and hair dryer, soundproofing windows

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

It is mandatory to show the IDs of all the guests upon check-in as per Italian Law.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

The property is located in the heart of the historic center of Rome, just 50 meters from the Trevi Fountain and a few steps from many points of interest such as the Spanish Steps with the renowned "Barcaccia" fountain, the elegant Via del Corso and the adjacent Via Condotti with its exclusive boutiques, Piazza Venezia and the “Altare della Patria” monument, and Via Veneto, famous for the film “La Dolce Vita”. The apartment is also located in an area full of restaurants, bars and supermarkets; moreover, in less than 10 minutes on foot it is possible to reach the underground stop “Barberini” (line A).

Among the main points of interest, it is worth mentioning:
- Trevi Fountain: 1 minute on foot;
- Spanish Steps: 8 minutes on foot;
- Victor Emmanuel II Monument (Altare della Patria): 12 minutes on foot;
- Colosseum and Imperial Forums: 15 minutes on foot;
- St. Peter's Square (Basilica and Vatican Museums): 25 minutes by public transport.

- Mangia e Trevi (Italian restaurant): 1 minute on foot (under the house)
- L’Antico Forno di Fontana di Trevi (bar): 1 minute on foot;
- Coop (supermarket): 4 minutes on foot.

- From Fiumicino - Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the regional train to Rome Termini Station, from which it is possible to take the underground (Line A) to "Barberini" stop (2 stops) , 8 minutes on foot from the apartment.

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to bus n. 520 direction "Cinecittà" to "Tuscolana / Cinecittà" stop (9 stops), from which it is possible to take the underground (Line A) to "Barberini" stop (16 stops), an 8-minute walk from the accomodation.

- From Rome Termini Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by underground (line A) to the “Barberini” stop, an 8-minute walk from the property.

- If you are traveling by car, the apartment is located in the heart of the (Traffic-Restricted Area/ZTL in Italian) of the historic center (please, pay attention!). Street parking (for a fee - blue lines) is available near the property.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
