Located on the third floor, with elevator (not suitable for disabled), of a building in Trastevere district, the apartment is located in the heart of one of the most characteristic neighborhoods of the city, renowned for hosting the historic Porta Portese market.
It is possible to park, for a fee, in the surrounding streets (blue stripes) or at Trastevere garage, 2 minutes away on foot.

-BEDROOM: double bed (1.60m X 1.90m), split A/C, wardrobe, smart TV and chest of drawers
-LIVING ROOM: sofa bed (1.40m X 1.90m), split A/C, dining table, smart TV
-KITCHEN: 2-burner induction hob, refrigerator, combined microwave, kettle, moka and small dining table.
-BATHROOM 1: inside the bedroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet
-BATHROOM 2: shower, sink and toilet

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (with heat pump), Netflix, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

The apartment is located in the renowned Trastevere district. The area is one of the most beautiful and characteristic of the city, thanks to the Sunday Porta Portese market, and it is the ideal solution to better visit the main points of interest in the city, immersing yourself in Roman everyday life. Roma Trastevere station is a 9 minute away by public transportation

-From Roma Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Train Station by shuttle bus service. From Termini Station you can reach the apartment by public transportation Line H to "Bernardino da Feltre" stop, 1 minute away on foot.

The building is located outside the City Center Restricted Traffic Area It is possible to park for a fee on the street (blue stripes) or at Trastevere garage, 2 minutes away on foot.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

It is mandatory to show the IDs of all the guests upon check-in as per Italian Law.
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
