Elegant 110 sqm apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the fourth floor of a period building with lift (not suitable for the disabled). The property, in the Traffic Restricted Area (ZTL), is located in the heart of the historic center of Rome, a few minutes on foot from the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and Termini Station.
The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a service bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed (1.20 x 1.90m), armchairs, table and TV;
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, moka, kettle, oven, microwave, kitchenware and wine glasses;
- SERVICE BATHROOM accessible from the kitchen;
- BEDROOM I with double bed (1.60 x 1.90m), chest of drawers and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with single bed (0.80 x 1.90m), wardrobe, armchair and coat hanger;
- BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (portable air conditioners in the living room and double bedroom), fan (in the single bedroom), independent heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, soundproof windows and hairdryer.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

It is mandatory to show the IDs of all the guests upon check-in as per Italian Law.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in

The apartment is located in the heart of Rome, in one of the most beautiful and fascinating districts of the city, chosen as the backdrop for Fellini's film "La Dolce Vita" as a symbol of Romanism in the world. In a few minutes on foot, it is possible to reach some of the main attractions of the city, as well as Roma Termini station and “Repubblica” underground stop (line A). The area is equipped with all the main services, including bars, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies.

Among the main points of interest, it is worth mentioning:
- Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore: 8 minutes on foot;
- Trevi Fountain: 12 minutes on foot;
- Piazza di Spagna: 15 minutes on foot;
- Colosseum and Imperial Forums: 15 minutes on foot;
- St. Peter's Square (Basilica and Vatican Museums): 25 minutes by public transport.

- L’Antica Fraschetta (restaurant): 1 minute on foot;
- Coop (supermarket): 1 minute on foot;
- Caffetteria Genova Illy (bar): 2 minutes on foot.

- From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the regional train to Rome Termini Station, less than 10 minutes on foot from the property.

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to bus n. 520 direction "Cinecittà" to "Tuscolana / Cinecittà" stop (9 stops), from which it is possible to take the underground (line A) to "Repubblica" stop (15 stops), a 7-minute walk from the property.

- From Rome Termini Station, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in about 10 minutes.

- If you are traveling by car, the apartment is located within the Traffic-Restricted Area (ZTL). Street parking is available near the property (for a fee). Alternatively, it is possible to park, always for a fee, at Europarking garage in Via Napoli 66, a 5-minute walk from the property.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
