Comfortable and functional 38sqm open space that can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the first floor, without elevator, of a building few minutes away from San Giovanni, Scala Santa and MM Manzoni stop, the apartment is the best solution for visiting the main points of interest in the city comfortably on foot and by public transportation. It is possible to park on the street (for a fee).
The space
The open space is divided as follows:

LIVING AREA: kitchenette equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave and toaster.
Two seater sofa and TV.
NIGHT AREA: Double bed and wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps. AC split.
BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, sink, toilet and hairdryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, washing machine/dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack.

Independent heating with boiler.
At the entrance there is a small table with outdoor chairs.

-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach the apartment via Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini Station and here you can take the Metro to "Manzoni" stop, 5 minutes away on foot or, alternatively , line 16 to "Merulana / S. Giovanni" stop, 2 minutes walk away.

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport you can reach the apartment by the shuttle service to Rome Termini Station and here you can take the Metro to "Manzoni" stop, 5-minute walk away or, alternatively, the line 16 to "Merulana / S. Giovanni" stop, 2 minutes walk away.

-From Rome Termini Station you can take the Metro Line to "Manzoni" stop, 5 minutes away on foot or, alternatively, line 16 to "Merulana / S. Giovanni" stop, 2 minute away on foot.

If you're travelling by car you can find paid street parking (blue stripes). The building is outside the City Center Restricted Traffic Area. Alternatively, you can park (for a fee) at Super Garage Metronio in Via dell'Amba Aradam 31a, 8-minute walk away from the apartment.

The keys to the apartment can be picked up on the day of check-in from 2 p.m. at a KeyNest pick-up point that will be notified to you 2 days before your arrival. The KeyNest pick-up point is located in the immediate proximity of the apartment at a maximum of a 10-minute walk. Upon check-out, keys must be returned to the same KeyNest pick-up point.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:00 pm.

NB: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
