If you're travelling by car, you can park, for a fee, on the street (blue stripes) or at Autorimessa Cese garage, 2 minutes away on foot.

-BALCONY: accessible from the living area with washing machine, small table and outdoor chairs.

The apartment is located within Nomentano district, a residential area north-east of the city. The property is about a 5-minute walk from Sapienza University and Policlinico Umberto I hospital.
The neighborhood is well connected to Rome historic center by metro (Policlinico stop a 5-minute walk away) and many bus lines, even at night, which stop close to the property.

- Policlinico Umberto I: 5 minutes on foot;
- Piazza Bologna: 12 minutes on foot;
- Colosseum and Imperial Forums: 17 minutes by public transport;

- From Rome Termini Station you can reach the apartment by undeground to Policlinico stop, 5 minutes away on foot

- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€3.50 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.
