San Pietro Terrace Apartment

Comfortable and quiet apartment of 100 sqm able to accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, with steps for access (NOT suitable for disabled), a building in a residential and quiet area, the apartment is 10 minutes walk from St Peter’s Square and is well connected to the main points of interest in the city thanks to public transport.
You can park, for a fee, in the street (blue stripes) or at the Garage San Pietro, 4 minutes on foot from the property.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- BEDROOM 1: double bed (1.60m x 1.90m), split A/C, wardrobe, chest of drawers and Smart TV
- BEDROOM 2: double bed (1.60m x 1.90m), TV, split A/C, bathroom (1)
- LIVING ROOM: sofa, split A/C, Smart TV, armchair and small desk, piano, billiards

- KITCHEN: 4-burner stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, moka, minipimer, blender, wine glasses, and dining table.

- PATIO: furnished with table and chairs for outdoor,

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

The apartment boasts a strategic position, a few minutes away from St. Peter's Square and the Vatican Museums, in a quiet and residential area, but at the same time full of services (bars, pubs, shops) and well connected to the rest of the city, thanks to Roma San Pietro station (6 minutes on foot) and numerous bus lines. The center can be reached on foot or by public transportation; from there you can move comfortably on foot between the many attractions of the city.

Among the main points of interest, it is worth mentioning:
- St. Peter's Square: 10 minutes on foot;
- Castel Sant’Angelo: 18 minutes on foot / 12 minutes by public transportation;
- Piazza di Spagna: 30 minutes by public transportation;
- Trevi Fountain: 30 minutes by public transportation;
- Colosseum and Imperial Forums: 30 minutes by public transportation.

- Dai Miei restaurant: 290m - 3 minutes on foot
- Matata Caffè: 400m - 4 minutes on foot
- Carrefour Supermarket: 50m - 1 minute on foot

- From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini, from which it is possible to take bus n. 64 to "Stazione San Pietro", to "Fornaci/Mura Aurelie" stop, a 1-minute walk from the property.

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach Roma Termini Train Station by shuttle bus service. From here you can take bus n. 64 to "Stazione San Pietro", to "Fornaci/Mura Aurelie" stop, a 1-minute walk from the property.

- From Rome Termini Railway Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus no. 64 to "Stazione San Pietro", to "Fornaci/Mura Aurelie" stop, a 1-minute walk from the property.

- If you're travelling by car, the apartment is located outside the City Center Restricted Traffic Area.
It is possible to park, for a fee, on the street (blue stripes) or at the San Pietro Garage, 4 minutes away on foot

The entire house is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
We will be available for any question and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized.
We will be reachable by telephone or by e-mail in case of any problem.

It is mandatory to show the IDs of all the guests upon check-in as per Italian Law.
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
