Elegant and modern 60sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the third floor, with elevator (not suitable for disabled people), of a characteristic building in San Lorenzo area, the apartment is about 15 minutes walk from Termini Station and the renowned Sapienza University of Rome. The building is located within the summer night Restricted Traffic Area (from 21:00 to 3:00) and it is possible to park, for a fee, in the street or at the Frank Garage (5 minutes away on foot).

The inside is organized as follows:
-BEDROOM: double bed, split A/C, wardrobe, small TV and two chairs.
-LIVING: two single beds, split A/C, sofa, TV, dining table, washing machine and small cooking corner equipped with microwave and kettle.
-KITCHENETTE: 4-burner hob, compact fridge, oven, coffee machine and toaster.
-BATHROOM: shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, air conditioning, independent heating, clothesline, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.


The electrical circuit is activated by a card linked to the apartment keys. Upon leaving, the refrigerator and wifi remain active.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

From Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino International Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by Leonardo Express shuttle service to Roma Termini, about 15 minutes away on foot from the property

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach the apartment via line 520 to "Cinecittà", where it is possible to take the underground to Roma Termini, about 15 minutes away on foot from the property

-From Rome Termini Station you can reach the apartment in about 15 minutes on foot.

If you're travelling by car, we point out that the apartment is located within the City Center Restricted Traffic Area (only during the summer night from 21:00 to 3:00) and it is possible to park, for a fee, on the street or at the Garage Frank (5 minutes away on foot).

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
