San Giovanni in Laterano Cozy and Quiet Flat

Cozy and quiet apartment located on the sixth floor of a building with lift (not suitable for disabled people - some steps to access).
In 60 m2 of space it comfortably accommodates two people.

The property is located in the San Giovanni area, about 10 minutes walk from the Basilica of the same name and from Piazza Re di Roma, where you can find the metro stop to move comfortably around the city. The accommodation consists of a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom.

The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV and dining table. AC split.
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, dishwasher, moka, kettle, oven, microwave oven, various kitchen utensils and wine glasses.
- BEDROOM with double bed (1.60x1.90 m), wardrobe and chest of drawers. Ceiling fan.
- BATHROOM with bathtub with shower (can only be used as a shower), sink, bidet, toilet, washing machine and hairdryer.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline, soundproof windows.

Centralized warming.

- From Fiumicino - Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the regional train to Rome Termini Station, where it is possible to take the underground (Line A) to "San Giovanni" stop (3 stops ), about 10 minutes on foot from the apartment.

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to bus n. 520 direction "Cinecittà" to "Tuscolana / Cinecittà" stop (9 stops), where it is possible to take the underground (line A) to "San Giovanni" stop (11 stops), about 10 minutes on foot from the property.

- From Rome Termini Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by underground (line A) to “San Giovanni” stop, about 10 minutes on foot from the accomodation.

- If you are traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the ZTL (Traffic-Restricted Area). Street parking is available (for a fee) near the property; alternatively, it is possible to park (for a fee) at Garage Cirulli in via Gallia, 1 minute on foot from the property.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

Silence from 10PM to 8AM

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
