San Giovanni Apartment with Balcony

Quiet and bright 75sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the seventh floor, with lift (not suitable for disabled) of a building in San Giovanni area, the apartment is about 10 minutes walk from the homonymous Basilica and from Piazza Re di Roma, where you can find the metro stop to comfortably move around the city. The apartment is located outside the City Center Restricted Traffic Area and it is possible to park, for a fee, on the street or at Cirulli Garage.

The inside is organized as follows:
-BEDROOM 1: double bed, split A/C, wardrobe, TV and access to the balcony.
-BEDROOM 2: double bed, split A/C, wardrobe, desk and access to the balcony.
-LIVING ROOM: sofa, split A/C, dining table, smart TV.
-KITCHEN: 4-burner hob, fridge, gas oven, kettle and moka. Access to the balcony, furnished with outdoor table and chairs.
-BATHROOM: shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, air conditioning, central heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

The apartment is centrally located and, being located on the seventh floor, it is very quiet and bright, an ideal solution for staying in the city center while remaining far from the chaos. The location is excellent, in about 10 minutes on foot you can reach the San Giovanni Basilica, the Lateran palace and the Scala Santa, a place of worship for the faithful from all over the world. In 10 minutes on foot you can also reach Piazza Re di Roma where you can find the subway stop to reach all the main points of interest in the city such as Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo and the Vatican Museums.

-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station by Leonardo Express shuttle service. From the train station you can take the underground to "San Giovanni" stop, which is a 10 minute walk from the apartment, or ​​line 360 to "Gallia / Lucia" stop, which is 2 minutes away.

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Cinecittà by 520 bus line. From Cinecittà it is possible to take the underground to "San Giovanni" stop, which is a 15-minute walk from the apartment.

-From Rome Termini Station it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the underground to "San Giovanni" stop, which is a 10 minute walk from the apartment, or ​​line 360 to "Gallia / Lucia" stop, which is 2 minutes away.

If you're travelling by car, you can park, for a fee, on the street or at Garage Cirulli in via Gallia, 1 minute walk away.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
