You can park, for a fee, on the street or at the Termini Garage (3 minutes walk away)

-BATHROOMS: 4 private bathrooms inside the rooms equipped with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and wall hairdryer.

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, air conditioning, independent heating, washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
