The property located in the Traffic Restricted Area ZTL, is located in the heart of the historic center of Rome, about 13 minutes walk from the Colosseum and the Spanish Steps.
The apartment consists of a terrace of about 60sqm, double bedroom, kitchenette and complete bathroom.

The apartment is composed as follows:

- KITCHENETTE with gas burners (2 burners), refrigerator and small freezer, moka, electric kettle, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed, TV, wardrobe, dining table with chairs, small bookcase, chest of drawers, access to the terrace;
-BATHROOM with bathtub with shower, toilet;
-Large TERRACE of table with chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS, Unlimited WIFI, split of AC, heat pump, iron and ironing board, clothesline, small washing machine on the terrace, hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: The accommodation is located in a building with a lift that goes up to the fifth floor. To access the apartment it is mandatory to take a very narrow spiral staircase. For this reason, children from TEN YEARS onwards are allowed.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in

The apartment is located in the heart of Rome, in one of the most beautiful and fascinating districts of the city, chosen as the backdrop for Fellini's film "La Dolce Vita" as a symbol of Romanism in the world. In a few minutes on foot, it is possible to reach some of the main attractions of the city, as well as Roma Termini station and “Repubblica” underground stop (line A). The area is equipped with all the main services, including bars, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies.

Among the main points of interest, it is worth mentioning:
- Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore: 10 minutes on foot;
- Trevi Fountain: 9 minutes on foot;
- Piazza di Spagna: 13 minutes on foot;
- Colosseum and Imperial Forums: 13 minutes on foot;
- St. Peter's Square (Basilica and Vatican Museums): 27 minutes by public transport.

- From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the regional train to Rome Termini Station, less than 15 minutes on foot from the property.

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to bus n. 520 direction "Cinecittà" to "Tuscolana / Cinecittà" stop (9 stops), from which it is possible to take the underground (line A) to "Repubblica" stop (15 stops), a 8-minute walk from the property.

- From Rome Termini Station, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in about 14 minutes.

- If you are traveling by car, the apartment is located within the Traffic-Restricted Area (ZTL). Street parking is available near the property (for a fee). Alternatively, it is possible to park, always for a fee, at the S. Agata garage in Via di Sant'Agata dei Goti, 19, 9-minutes walk from the property.
