Comfortable 60sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the first floor, with elevator (not suitable for disabled), of a period building 5 minutes walk from Porta Pia and VIlla Torlonia, the apartment is the best solution to visit the Eternal City while staying away from the historic center chaos. The Policlinico Umberto I can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. In the area it is possible to park, for a fee, on the street or at Autoparking Porta Pia, 1 minute away on foot.

The inside is organized as follows:
-BEDROOM: double bed and wardrobe
-LIVING ROOM: sofa bed, TV, dining table
-KITCHEN: 4-burner hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, moka and dining table and access to the balcony.
-BATHROOM: shower, sink, bidet and toilet

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the corridor), central heating, washing machine, fan, clothesline, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: it's forbidden to smoke on the balcony

The elevator is not suitable for disabled people and there is a step to access

Roma Termini train station, the main hub for surface and underground public transportation, can be reached by bus in about 10 minutes, as well as Porta Pinciana and Villa Borghese.

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach the MM Cinecittà metro by line 520. By underground you can reach the Roma Termini station where you can take lines 66 / 90 to "Porta Pia" stop, 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

-From Roma Termini Train Station it is possible to reach the apartment by lines 66 / 90 to "Porta Pia" stop, 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

If you're travelling by car it is possible to park, for a fee, on the street or at the Autoparking Porta Pia, 1 minute away on foot

At check-in we will need to record the details of each guest, as provided by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
