Cozy and quiet apartment of 60 sqm, able to accommodate 2 people, located on the raised ground floor (6 steps to access to it) of an elegant period building. The property is located in an area well served by public transport, 5 minutes on foot from Porta Pia and 10 from Villa Torlonia, and constitutes the perfect solution to visit the Eternal City while staying away from the chaos of the historic center.
The apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with 4 burners, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, moka, electric kettle, microwave, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table, TV and sofa;
- BEDROOM with double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), wardrobe and desk;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, A/C (splits in the living area and in the bedroom), washing machine (in the bathroom), central heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer and soundproof windows.

PLEASE NOTE: in the accommodation there is a mezzanine (with a small staircase). Guests ARE NOT ALLOWED to access to it.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment (except for the mezzanine).

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

The apartment is located in the "Nomentano district", in an area full of services, a few minutes on foot from Porta Pia and the park of Villa Torlonia and its museums. Roma Termini station, the main hub for surface and underground transport services, can be reached by public transport in about 10 minutes, as well as Porta Pinciana and Villa Borghese.

- Villa Torlonia: 9 minutes on foot;
- Villa Borghese: 12 minutes on foot;
- Policlinico Umberto I (hospital): 12 minutes on foot;

- If you are traveling by car, street parking is available near the property (for a fee). Alternatively, it is possble to park (for a fee) at Autoparking Porta Pia, a few steps from the property.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
