Cozy and quiet 95sqm apartment, overlooking the Pantheon, that can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the second floor, with lift (not suitable for disabled people), of a period building in the heart of Rome, the apartment is the best solution to visiti the main points of interest in the city comfortably on foot or by public transportation. The building is located within the Restricted Traffic Area: it is possible to park, for a fee, at Parlamento Parking (7 minutes away on foot).

-BEDROOM 1: double bed (1.60m X 2.00m), portable air conditioner and wardrobe
-BEDROOM 2: double bed (1.40m X 2.00m), fan and wardrobe
-LIVING ROOM: single sofa bed (1.00m X 1.90m), portable air conditioner, dining table, TV and two armchairs
-KITCHEN: 4-burner hob, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, moka and minipimer
-BATHROOM 1: shower, sink, bidet and toilet
-BATHROOM 2: bathtub with shower, sink, bidet and toilet

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer

PLEASE NOTE: portable air conditioners cannot be moved to other rooms

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.
Other things to note
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in

The apartment is located in the heart of Rome historic center, a few steps away from the Pantheon. In few minutes on foot you can easily reach Piazza Navona while Piazza Venezia is 10 minutes away. The area is well connected and is the ideal starting point to visit the main points of interest in comfortably on foot or by public transportation.

From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Train Station by Leonardo Express train. From here it is possible to take public transportation line 40 / 64 to "Argentina" stop, a 4-minute walk from the apartment.

From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Train Station by regional train or by shuttle bus service. From here it is possible to take public transportation line 40 / 64 to "Argentina" stop, a 4-minute walk from the apartment.

If you're travelling by car it is possible to park, for a fee, at Parlamento Parking (7 minutes on foot)
