- LIVING ROOM with relaxation area, TV and double sofa bed;
- KITCHEN with induction hob, dining table, fridge, freezer, oven, moka, electric kettle and kitchenware;
- BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with double bed and hall stand;
- TWO BATHROOMS with shower, sink and toilet (one with bidet);
- TERRACE with outdoor furniture (dining table, chairs and umbrella).

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WiFi, air conditioning / heating system (fan coil: heat pump in the winter season, air conditioning in the summer. Time period established by the regulations in force).

Guests have access to a laundry room, which includes a washing machine and a dryer: this area is shared with and accessible by the guests of the near Guest House.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;

The apartment is located in "Rione Sallustiano" (Sallustiano district), built towards the end of the 19th century and characterized by multiple elegant buildings and offices. Its center is the quiet "Piazza Sallustio", the only square in the district, where it is still possible to see the remains of the "Horti Sallustiani" from which the district took its name. The district, well served by public transportation, also enjoys a strategic position to comfortably visit the Eternal City.

Getting around
-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini, from which it is possible to continue on foot for 12 minutes or it is possible to take one of the multiple bus lines (including the 38 / 66/82/90/92) which stop a few meters away from the property.

-From Roma Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the 520 bus line to Cinecittà, getting off at "Tuscolana / Cinecittà" stop (9 stops), where it is possible to take the underground line A, stop "Repubblica" ( 15 stops), located 500m from the property.

-From Rome Termini Station you can reach the apartment on foot in 12 minutes, or it is possible to take one of the multiple bus lines (including the 38 / 66/82/90/92) which stop a few meters from the property.

-If you are traveling by car, please note that the closest paid parking,
is the Super Garage, a few meters from the property on the same street (A. Salandra n.12). Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee in the streets surrounding the property (blue lines).

-To visit the city: it is possible to choose between two underground stops near the apartment "Repubblica" and "Barberini" (respectively 450 and 600 meters), or the multiple buses, such as numbers 60, 61 or 82, which stop a few steps away from the apartment.
