Large and comfortable 120sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 7 people. Located on the fourth floor of a building equipped with a lift (not suitable for disabled), the property is a 5-minute walk from Cipro Metro Stop and 10 minutes walk away from the Vatican Museums.
The apartment is located outside the City Center Restricted Traffic Area. It is possible to park, for a fee, on the street (blue stripes) or at Garage Fiore, a 2-minute walk from the property.

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited pocket wifi, air conditioning, central heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment

The apartment is the best solutio to visit the Vatican Museums and San Pietro Basilica.
In 5 minutes on foot you can reach Cipro metro stop, connected directly to Roma Termini Train station and to the main points of interest in the city

From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station by regional train or shuttle bus service. From the station it is possible to reach the apartment by metro to the Cipro stop, a 5-minute walk from the apartment

From Rome Termini Station it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the underground to the Cipro stop, a 5-minute walk from the apartment

If you're travelling by car you can park ,for a fee, in the sorrounding streets (blue stripes) or at Parking Fiore, 2 minutes away on foot

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

It is mandatory to show the IDs of all the guests upon check-in as per Italian Law.
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
