It comfortably accommodates 2 people in 60 square meters of space with a double bedroom.

Located in the oldest and most characteristic heart of the historic center of Rome, overlooking a semi-pedestrian street, less than 300 meters from Piazza Navona, Montecitorio and the Ara pacis.
Crossing the bridge over the Tiber, in a few minutes you will be in Castel Sant'Angelo and then in Via della Conciliazione and Piazza San Pietro.

The internal space is divided as follows:

KITCHEN: fridge, freezer, 2-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and moka coffee maker.
LIVING ROOM: two-seater sofa, dining table with chairs, TV and desk.
BEDROOM: double bed (two singles joined together), two-seater sofa, desk and wardrobe.
BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, washing machine, sink and hairdryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board.

Heating with electric heaters and fan heaters.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

If you're travelling by car it is possible to park, for a fee, at Parlamento Parking (3 minutes on foot)
