The property is located in the Trastevere area and it is possible to park, for a fee, in the street (blue lines) or at the Garage Ponte Sisto, a 5-minute walk away.
The Restricted Traffic Area is active from 6:30 to 10 in the morning. The accommodation consists of a living room with a separate sleeping area from the day one, a kitchenette and a bathroom.

There are also cafès and pubs that fill up with young people in the evening, especially around Piazza Callisto and Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere.

If you are traveling by car,it is possible to park, for a fee (blue stripes), in the surrounding streets or at the Garage Ponte Sisto, a 5-minute walking from the property. The City Center Restricted Traffic Area is active from 6:30 AM to 10 AM.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

It is mandatory to show the IDs of all the guests upon check-in as per Italian Law.
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
