Cozy studio of 25 sqm with private entrance, able to accommodate up to 2 people, located on the first floor of a renovated building without elevator.
The location is enviable! The property is within walking distance of Piazza del Popolo and Villa Borghese, vast green area in the heart of Rome. The neighborhood is well connected thanks to local public transport, 1 minute walk away is the metro stop A "Flaminio", ideal for discovering the Eternal City!

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING/SLEEPING AREA with KITCHENETTE (with induction hob, fridge freezer, moka coffee maker, kettle, combined microwave, toaster, juicer, wine glasses and kitchen utensils), double sofa bed, dining table, TV, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heat pump heating, air conditioning (a split in the living/sleeping area), washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a step at the entrance of the apartment and the presence of internal stairs, be careful if traveling with children.
It is not possible to drive into the inner courtyard.
Hot water is supplied by boiler, you may need to wait for it to recharge.
NO bidet.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment

The entire house is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
We will be available for any question and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized.
We will be reachable by telephone or by e-mail in case of any problem.

The apartment is located few steps away from Piazza del Popolo, one of the most beautiful squares in the city and just a few minutes from Villa Borghese. The location is ideal, we are in the heart of Rome historic center and it is possible to reach all the main points of interest easily on foot or by public transportation. The MM Flaminio metro stop, a 1-minute walk away, connects the apartment to Roma Termini train station, the main public transportation hub and connections to the airports.

- Villa Borghese: 4 minutes on foot;
- Piazza di Spagna: 12 minutes on foot;
- Colosseo and Fori Imperiali: 20 minutes by public transport;
- Piazza Navona and Pantheon: 25 minutes by public transport;

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the 520 line to Cinecittà, where it is possible to take the underground to "Flaminio" stop, a 1-minute walk from the apartment.

-From Rome Termini Station it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the underground with to "Flaminio" stop, a 1-minute walk from the apartment.

- If you are traveling by car, the parking space is not included; it is NOT possible to enter by car in the inner courtyard. However, it is possible to park for a fee in the street (NOT guaranteed - blue stripes); or, always for a fee, at Parking Bertollini in Via Emanuele Gianturco 3 (NOT guaranteed), 5 minutes walk from the property.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

Silence from 10PM to 8AM

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
