Located on the first floor, with elevator (not suitable for disabled people with steps to access), of a building in Piazzale Clodio, the apartment is a 15-minute walk from the Ottaviano underground and, from here, you can reach all the main points of interest in the city.
If you're travelling by car, you can park, for a fee, on the street or at Sforza Gino garage (2 minutes away on foot).

-LIVING ROOM: foldaway bed (0.80m X 1.90m), sofa, dining table, Smart TV

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

The apartment is located within Piazzale Clodio, a quiet area about 15 minutes walk away from MM Cipro metro station, by which you can reach Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna and Roma Termini Train Station, the main Roman public transportation hub. The apartment is the best solution to visit the city while staying in a quiet area, away from the city center chaos.

-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by Leonardo Express service to Roma Termini Train Station. From here, you can take the underground to "Ottaviano" stop, 15-minute walk away from the apartment

-From Roma Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by Shuttle Bus service to Roma Termini Train Station. From here, you can take the underground to "Ottaviano" stop, 15-minute walk away from the apartment

-From Roma Termini Train Station it is possible to reach the apartment by underground to "Ottaviano" stop, 15 minutes away on foot.

If you're travelling by car, you can park, for a fee, on the street or at Sforza Gino garage (2 minutes away).

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
