The property is located in the center of Rome a few steps from the Colosseum and via dei Fori Imperiali from which you can admire the archaeological remains of the Eternal City. Nearby you can find restaurants, bars and shops and the Colosseo metro stop.
The accommodation consists of bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and service bathroom.

The apartment is located in one of the most popular areas of central Rome, a 5-minute walk from the Colosseum and the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano. The location is ideal for visiting the main points of interest in the city comfortably on foot or thanks to public transport (Colosseo metro stop). After visiting the Colosseum, along the ancient and suggestive Via dei Fori Imperiali you will arrive in Piazza Venezia and from there you will walk along Via del Corso towards the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo.

-From Rome Termini Station it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the 714 line with the "Merulana / Labicana" stop, 7 minutes away on foot.

If you are traveling by car it is possible to park, for a fee, on the street or at the Park Colosseo S.r.l. (8 minutes away on foot).

The keys to the apartment can be picked up on the day of check-in from 2 p.m. at a KeyNest pick-up point that will be notified to you 2 days before your arrival. The KeyNest pick-up point is located in the immediate proximity of the apartment at a maximum of a 10-minute walk. Upon check-out, keys must be returned to the same KeyNest pick-up point.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:00 pm.

NB: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
